fick vi ta del av under bes\u00f6ket p\u00e5 Slottet p\u00e5 Alla Hj\u00e4rtans Dag 14 februari. Vi blev efter ett par sena \u00e5terbud 22 medlemmar och medbjudna Dalslandsv\u00e4nner som fick ett par timmar laddade med intryck. Det f\u00f6rsta var v\u00e4ntat: En rigor\u00f6s s\u00e4kerhetskontroll i entr\u00e9n som alla f\u00f6rstod vikten av. De senare intrycken var av andra slag.
Vi togs emot av F\u00f6rste Hovmarskalk G\u00f6ran Lithell som ber\u00e4ttade om hovets organisation och arbetss\u00e4tt interfolierat med en presentation av sig sj\u00e4lv, sin uppv\u00e4xt i Fr\u00f6skog och \u00c5m\u00e5l, sin utbildning och karri\u00e4r inom UD och sitt nuvarande arbete. Det publika och det privata blev en helhetsbild som vi uppskattade att f\u00e5 och som gav upphov till m\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gor. G\u00f6ran var mycket tydlig med sin uppskattning av Dalsland som sin uppv\u00e4xtmilj\u00f6 och numera sitt Tusculum (\u00e4ven om det senare \u00e5terfinns strax utanf\u00f6r landskapsgr\u00e4nsen vid
\u00d6mmeln).
Efter stunden med G\u00f6ran ansl\u00f6t slottsguiden Per som fortsatte i den \u00f6ppna och informativa anda som inlett bes\u00f6ket. Han gav oss en timmes rundvandring i representationsutrymmen inklusive Rikssalen och i slottets g\u00e4stv\u00e5ning. \u00d6vriga utrymmen var \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r enskilda bes\u00f6k efter guidningen. Ut\u00f6ver att ber\u00e4tta om lokaler och f\u00f6rem\u00e5l gav Per oss anekdoter och inblickar i dagens och forna dagars hovliv som gav anledning till b\u00e5de skratt och eftertanke. Vi uppskattade hans kunskap och hans fina ber\u00e4ttarton.
Gillet tackar G\u00f6ran Lithell och \u00f6vriga medarbetare f\u00f6r ett gener\u00f6st och hj\u00e4rtligt mottagande i samklang med temat f\u00f6r dagen ifr\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Och inne i slottet var det l\u00e4tt att trivas.
